The dearemployee GmbH www.dearemployee.de, spin-off of the department of health psychology, is now part of the FU incubator “Profund Innovation XL”.

dearemployee analyses the influence of working conditions on psychological health and performance indicators.

As part of the incubator program, dearemployee receives consulting, coaching and office space at the FU campus.
