Today, we are starting the "TRANSFORM" project, funded by an ERC Consolidator Grant.

We will investigate how the brain transforms photons into meaning. We will look at the developed visual system in adult humans, but also how the system develops from infancy into adulthood. To achive this, we will use large-scale neuroimaging in adults empowered with tools from machine learning and AI.
