The research project "Process Analysis of Communication of Children and Adolescents in the Internet" funded by Berlin-Forschung aims at analyzing the computer-mediated communication of 10- to 17-year old children and adolescents. The focus lies on the out-of-school use of Internet offers such as emailing and chatting, trying to identify by qualitative means possible changes noticed in the communication culture.
