Planning, implementation, evaluation and analyses of case studies in Bavaria, Baden-Wurtenberg, Rheinland-Pfalz and Saarland.

Projects for virtual education of teachers in Germany, and excellent projects in the EU will be pointed out, overviewed and described categorically.
